NORWAY

In 2014, inspired by a year of intense work and a desire to reconnect with the essence of photography, I embarked on a journey to Norway, seeking solace and inspiration in its stunning landscapes. This expedition, part of my 'Norwegian Episode' series, was captured using a Sinar camera, emphasizing the tactile pleasure of analog photography. The project spanned 2,300 miles, avoiding cities and immersing in the tranquility of natural settings, from the Nigardsbreen Glacier to the Atlantic Road and through national parks like Dovrefjell and Rondane. The project aimed to capture moments of pure engagement with nature, using large-format prints to invite viewers into a meditative experience, reflecting the profound connection I felt with the serene Norwegian scenery.
